King County elections director, executive want prepaid postage for mail-in ballots

I'm not sure this is such a good thing. Our state has already made it easier to register to vote, changed to an all mail in system, and a top two primary to entice people to vote. It seems an expensive way to get voters when other people in the world risk their lives to cast their ballot.
